A one time purchase, not a subscription. You pick a pack by video length, and it includes every animation for that length, a personal AI opening, music, titles, a bank of free retries as large as the pack, and unlimited recompiles. The first animation is free, no credit card.
What if we do not like the result?
30 days to a full refund. The refund button is in your account settings; click it and you get an email confirmation. The money returns to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
How many photos do I need, and how long is the video?
Every two consecutive photos become a five second clip. One minute of video needs 13 photos, and each extra minute needs 12 more. You can upload up to 80 photos per project and add more later.
Which photos work best?
Clear faces looking at the camera, good light, the same person in every photo, in chronological order. Old or scanned photos get automatic face restoration before animation. If every photo shows different people, Classic style animates each photo on its own.
How long until the video is ready?
Clips start generating while you upload, and each one shows a live estimate. A single clip usually takes a few minutes, and most families finish a whole video in under half an hour. You can close the page; we email you when everything is done.
What happens to our photos?
Photos are stored in your account only, sent to our video providers solely to generate the clips, and deleted there within 14 days. They are never used to train models. You can delete the whole project from the dashboard at any time, and it disappears from our servers too.
How do I scan photos from an old album?
No scanner needed. Place the print near a window in daylight, shoot straight from above without flash, and upload. Our face restoration takes care of sharpness and faded colour.
Can we use our own music?
Yes. Upload your own file, pick from our music library, or write a few sentences about the person and we generate an original song about them. Changing the music and recompiling are included.
Can we add text and a personal message?
Yes. An opening title with the name, a closing card with your message, and a short caption on every clip. Voice narration is not supported yet.
What do we get at the end, and where can we play it?
A 1080p MP4 in the format you chose: 16:9 for the hall screen and TV, 1:1 for Facebook, 9:16 for Stories and Reels. The file stays in your account; share it with a link or download it.
Can we make more than one video?
Yes. Each project is a separate video with its own photos, music and opening. One pack can be spent across as many projects as you like until the animations run out.
What if we need help?
Write to us on WhatsApp and a real person from the team answers, in Hebrew or English, usually within an hour during the day. There is no bot to get past.
