Terms of use

We turn photos you upload into short video clips using AI models and weave them into one video with an opening, music and titles. The result depends on photo quality and on the limits of the technology, and we do not guarantee that every clip comes out as you imagined. That is what retries and the refund policy are for.

An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for keeping access to your email. We may close an account that violates these terms.

A pack is a one time purchase of a set number of animations (clips) and retries. An animation counts as used when the clip is generated successfully; a failed clip is returned to your balance automatically.

The free first animation is limited to one per person. Downloading the free clip becomes available after a first purchase; sharing it by link is possible right away.

Purchased animations do not expire. Prices may change, and a change does not affect packs already bought.

The photos, music and text you upload remain yours. You grant us a licence to process them only to create your video and share it at your request.

You confirm that you have the rights and permission to upload the content, including the consent of the people photographed or their guardians, and rights to any music you upload.

Do not upload sexual, violent, misleading or abusive content, or create a video that portrays a person in a way that could harm them. We may remove such content and close the account.

Videos created for you are yours for personal and family use, including playing them at events and sharing on social networks. Commercial use requires our written approval.

30 days to a full refund from the date of purchase, through the refund button in your account settings. Details are in the refund policy.

We try to keep the service available at all times, but outages and maintenance can happen. The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction. Before any proceeding, we would rather try to resolve the matter directly.
