Privacy policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This document is written in plain language because we want you to read it. It explains what data we collect when you use Memvivo, where it goes, how long we keep it and how to delete it. The operator is Troiva ("we"), an Israeli company.
What we collect
Account details: email address, name (if you signed in with Google), preferred language and currency, and the sign-up date.
Content you upload: photos, music files, the names and words you write for the opening and title cards, and the videos generated from them.
Usage data: which pages were opened, which ad brought you here (UTM parameters), Meta browser identifiers (fbp, fbc) for ad measurement, device and browser type.
Payment data: we never see or store card details. Our payment partner handles the transaction and passes us only a confirmation, amount, currency and country.
Where data is stored
Your account, photos and videos are stored in Firebase on Google Cloud, on servers in the United States. Files are private and reachable only through signed links valid for one hour.
When you create a share link, a copy of the video or clip is placed in public storage so anyone with the link can watch. Turning sharing off deletes that copy.
Who your photos are sent to, and why
To turn two photos into a clip we send them to a video model provider: KIE AI (primary) or fal.ai (fallback). They receive a temporary link to the photos and the motion instruction, return the clip to us, and delete their copies within 14 days at most.
If you chose face restoration for old photos, the photo is sent to Replicate for processing and deleted there afterwards.
If you asked for an original song, the text you wrote about the person (not the photos) is sent to the song provider through KIE AI.
None of these providers is permitted to use your photos to train models, and neither do we. Photos are used solely to create your video.
Other providers
Email: Resend sends the sign-in emails, the video-ready notifications and receipts. They receive the email address and the message content only.
Payments: our payment partner (an international merchant of record) processes the transaction and issues the invoice. Its privacy policy applies to payment details.
Advertising: we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure whether ads led to a sign-up or a purchase. Meta receives events such as page view, sign-up and purchase, together with browser identifiers and a hashed email address. You can limit this in your Meta ad settings.
How long we keep it
Photos and videos stay in your account until you delete them, so you can recompile and download again.
An account not signed into for 24 months is deleted with all its content, after an email warning.
Payment records are kept for 7 years as required by law.
Deletion and control
Deleting a project from the dashboard removes its photos, clips and videos from our storage immediately. Deleting the account removes everything, including share links.
You can also request a copy of your data or full deletion through the contact page. We answer within 14 days.
If you upload photos of other people, including children, you confirm that you have permission to do so.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for signing in and remembering language and currency, and Meta Pixel cookies for ad measurement. There are no cookies from other ad networks.
Children
The service is for people aged 18 and over. Parents and guardians may upload photos of their children.
Changes and governing law
We update this document when something changes and note the date at the top. This policy is governed by the laws of Israel.
