Did not love it? You get your money back. No questions, no forms.
What you get
A full refund on any pack, within 30 days of purchase, regardless of how many animations you used.
How to ask
Sign in, open settings, click "Request a refund". That is it. You get an email confirmation within minutes.
If you cannot sign in, write to us through the contact page from the email you registered with.
When the money comes back
The refund is issued by our payment partner to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens next
The pack's animation balance is reset. Videos you already downloaded stay with you. The account stays open and you can buy again in the future.
Small packs
Top-up packs and retry packs bought inside the app are refundable under the same terms.
